The study shows that the people who drink apple juice get hungry sooner than the others. Water accounts for 80 percent of most of fresh fruits, so you don’t need to worry to be dehydrated. Additionally, these fruits don’t contain bad cholesterols.

Popcorn is also a healthy snack. Scientists proved that the content of antioxidant in popcorn is higher than that in vegetables and fruits. They discovered this compound by grinding the corns and husks and then renewing the digestive process that often occurs in the stomach. They also found that 1.5 percent by weight of air-popped popcorn is made up of polyphenols, which are used to produce wine and chocolate as well as prevent cancers.

Chocolate contains polyphenol and flavonoid, two types of antioxidants shown to help prevent damage caused by cholesterol in arteries. Chocolate is also on the top of snacks that don’t affect your health.

We can use yogurt as a snack that is high in protein. It can help you curb your hunger and keep your daily calories under control. Low-fat yogurt is also rich in vitamin B12. According to some studies, lack of vitamin B12 causes to depression, so eating yogurt will help you boost your mood and ease your stress.
5. Carrot hummus
Hummus is a sauce originating from Middle Eastern that is made from lemon, sesame, olive oil, garlic, etc. We can eat hummus with carrot, broccoli, cucumber, celery and tomato and that is a tasteful snack that can be made very quickly.
6. Roasted almond
Researchers show that consuming a small amount of nuts regularly is related to reduce the risk of heart disease. Along with the antioxidant in the bark, it plays a role in lowering oxidation and LDL cholesterol. Therefore, you should replace unhealthy snacks with almonds.
